LogisValley Generates Total 230 Billion KRW in Profit via 'LogisValley Ansan Logistics Center'

Global real estate investment manager CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) is set to sell the 'LogisValley Ansan Logistics Center' for 512.3 billion KRW late this year. Consequently, LogisValley—which participated as an investor in the underlying fund—is expected to realize an additional profit of approximately 30 billion KRW.
In 2019, LogisValley (CEO Kim Phillip) sold the facility to CBRE IM for 412.5 billion KRW, recording a profit of approximately 200 billion KRW. Subsequently, LogisValley Group participated as an investor in the fund managed by CBRE IM, securing stable dividend income during the operational phase. With CBRE IM's upcoming divestment, LogisValley is projected to realize an additional 30 billion KRW in profit. Industry observers note that the company has established a stable, sustainable profit structure spanning the entire lifecycle—from development and initial sale to fund investment, operation, and secondary disposition.
'LogisValley Ansan Logistics Center' is a mega-scale logistics facility built on a site area of 56,320 m² (approx. 17,000 py) with a total floor area of 238,946 m² (approx. 72,300 py). Sunkyoung E&C Co., Ltd., a construction and development affiliate of LogisValley Group, executed the entire end-to-end process, including development, project implementation, and construction.
LogisValley’s logistics development projects consistently earn high market valuation. Key competitive drivers include strategic site selection in prime Seoul Metropolitan locations, tenant-centric space planning, and advanced construction expertise. Underpinning this is an integrated one-stop framework where specialized group affiliates execute every phase of the value chain—site acquisition, development, engineering & construction, automation system integration, fulfillment, and delivery. Maximizing development and operational efficiency to continuously enhance asset value remains LogisValley's core strength.
A LogisValley Group official stated, "Realizing returns from the CBRE IM fund goes beyond simple capital gains; it is a strategic milestone achieved by bringing together LogisValley’s comprehensive capabilities across development, operation, and investment." The official added, "We will continue to collaborate with domestic and international investors to drive new paradigms across the logistics industry."
