LogisValley Ansan Logistics Center Holds Completion Ceremony

LogisValley Ansan Logistics Center held a completion ceremony on September 5th and entered into full-scale operation.

Located in Seonggok-dong, Danwon-gu, Ansan-si, the LogisValley Ansan Logistics Center has a land area of 56,320.20㎡ (approx. 17,000 py) and a total floor area of 238,945.84㎡ (approx. 72,400 py), consisting of 1st to 7th floors above ground, and is a large-scale logistics center with an actual usable area of 364,465.14㎡ (approx. 110,440 py) including mezzanine facilities inside the warehouse.

LogisValley Ansan Logistics Center features container vehicle berthing availability on all floors from the 1st to the 6th floor, while the 7th floor consists of offices and neighborhood living facilities, configuring large-scale rest areas and convenience facilities to increase worker convenience. In addition, within 10 km from the center's location, there are South Ansan IC and West Ansan IC through which one can advance into the metropolitan area including Seoul, making it a location where same-day delivery in the metropolitan area is also possible. Furthermore, it is evaluated as possessing a favorable environment for securing manpower.

On this day, Yoon Gun Byung, representative of LogisValley, stated through a commemorative speech, "We developed a logistics center in Sihwa with the goal of creating a logistics center in Korea that can become a landmark. Starting from LogisValley Sihwa, we plan to create around 30 logistics centers nationwide." He subsequently added, "LogisValley will not stop its efforts to provide better logistics services in the future," and said, "Please look forward to LogisValley 10 years from now."
