LogisValley and LG Electronics Strengthen Global Smart Logistics Partnership

LogisValley, Korea's leading integrated logistics platform enterprise, announced that it has entered into a strategic collaboration with LG Electronics to secure leadership in the global smart logistics market.

LogisValley recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with LG Electronics at the LG Digital Park in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province, titled "Enhancing Mutual Interests Through Smart Logistics Center Business Cooperation." The agreement is drawing industry attention as a high-impact partnership combining both companies' technological capabilities and global networks to target international markets beyond South Korea.

Going beyond basic technical exchanges, this partnership unites LogisValley’s extensive engineering, construction, and operational expertise gained from developing logistics facilities worldwide with the advanced logistics robotics solutions of the LG Electronics Production Engineering Research Institute. Together, the two entities aim to deliver tailored smart logistics solutions optimized for customer requirements.

According to market research firm Fortune Business Insights, the global smart logistics market is projected to expand from $88.1 billion in 2025 to $212.8 billion by 2032, registering a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of over 13.4% and drawing significant global interest.

In particular, logistics robotics systems that automate material supply via Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) are considered a cornerstone of smart factory implementation. These systems integrate sophisticated control technologies, including ▲AI-based autonomous navigation, ▲ultra-high-speed 5G+ communication infrastructure for real-time inter-robot interaction, and ▲big data processing capabilities to analyze real-time environmental data. Furthermore, utilizing Digital Twin technology enables precise virtual replication of logistics centers, allowing pre-simulation of cargo flows and equipment layouts to design optimal operational structures and build next-generation robotics solutions that maximize efficiency.

In line with these developments, LogisValley is driving the establishment of a sustainable logistics ecosystem powered by robotics and AI. Through Bowoo System—a key affiliate underpinning its technology ecosystem—LogisValley develops and supplies advanced logistics automation equipment, including shuttles, Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), sorters, and conveyors based on proprietary domestic technology, reducing dependency on foreign equipment and driving logistics innovation in Korea.
