LogisValley Breaks Ground on the Yangju Eunnam Industrial Complex, Future Home of Daiso

'Yangju Eunnam General Industrial Park', to be established in Eunhyeon-myeon, Yangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, broke ground on the 20th.

The Yangju Eunnam Industrial Park, which is developing 992,000 m² of industrial facility land in the Eunhyeon-myeon area of Yangju-si, is being jointly pursued by GH and Yangju City with a completion target of 2027. LogisValley Co., Ltd., a major domestic logistics company, and Asung Daiso Co., Ltd., a representative domestic household goods company, are scheduled to move into this site.

The Yangju Eunnam Industrial Park, which is developing 992,000 m² of industrial facility land in the Eunhyeon-myeon area of Yangju-si, is being jointly pursued by GH and Yangju City with a completion target of 2027. Upon completion of the industrial park, it is estimated to generate employment creation for up to 4,000 people and a production effect of approximately 300 billion KRW in the northern Gyeonggi region.

Yangju Eunnam Industrial Park possesses a wide-area transportation network connected to the Capital Region Second Ring Expressway Gwangjeok IC (tentatively named West Yangju IC), GTX-C, and the Seoul–Yangju Expressway. In line with this construction schedule, construction of an access road connected to Local Main Road No. 39 is also underway to improve traffic conditions in the nearby area.

GH expects that the formation of a wide-area transportation network linked to the industrial park will strengthen accessibility to Seoul and the metropolitan area for resident companies and establish an industrial distribution network connecting the entirety of Gyeonggi Province.
