Rapid Expansion of Global Influence Across Americas, Europe, Asia, etc.

LogisValley Group Hanaro TNS currently secures 96 hubs in 22 countries worldwide and operates a total of 43 overseas logistics centers. And it plans to expand this to 200 hubs in 50 countries by 2030. In the Southeast Asian market, the core hub country for LogisValley Group Hanaro TNS is Vietnam. Vietnam is a region that has overcome the slump caused by COVID-19, where the domestic market is rapidly normalizing recently, and consequently, the logistics industry is also growing steeply. Under this impact, major global logistics companies are also accelerating their logistics business in Vietnam through infrastructure investment and technology-based new service launches. As Vietnam, a land of potential, awakens to logistics, it appears to be reshaping into a new battlefield among global logistics companies. To get ahead in this competition, LogisValley Group Hanaro TNS set the goal of 'Exporting Republic of Korea's Logistics' to Vietnam, and to supply Korean-style advanced logistics centers, it has already succeeded in building 5 hubs with a scale of approximately 60,000 py since 2016. Representative examples are the Bac Ninh Center (10,000 py scale), Bac Ninh 2 Center (12,000 py scale), and Ho Chi Minh Center (20,000 py scale) that opened consecutively from 2018 to 2020. And by opening the Hai Phong Logistics Center last month, it put the finishing touches on targeting the Vietnamese logistics market. In 2007, LogisValley Group Hanaro TNS threw down a full-scale challenge to the Eastern European logistics market by establishing corporations in Austria and Slovakia for the first time as a domestic comprehensive logistics company. And in December this year, the largest logistics center (Tatabánya Logistics Center) to be built in Hungary will break ground, reaching approximately 25,000 py. The Tatabánya Logistics Center is expected to reveal its presence between late 2023 and early 2024 after a period of about 1 year. LogisValley Group Hanaro TNS's logistics park will also be established in Slovenia, where it entered after establishing a corporation in 2018. Planning to construct a large-scale logistics park at the Port of Koper in Slovenia in 2025, LogisValley Group Hanaro TNS plans to make Hungary, Poland, and Slovenia into a single hub through infrastructure in Eastern Europe and provide comprehensive logistics services that can encompass all of Europe.

Along with Europe, the United States, where the largest logistics market exists, is also one of LogisValley Group Hanaro TNS's main global network hubs. Starting with LA, California, LogisValley Group Hanaro TNS plans to construct 10 logistics centers within the US alone, including Savannah/Atlanta, Georgia; Dallas, Texas; Chicago, Illinois; Pennsylvania; New York; and Florida. In particular, as LA is a region with consistently high demand for logistics centers, it is gathering expectations to play an important role in expanding the global network to North American regions such as Mexico and Canada in the future. There is also great interest in China, which is emerging as a logistics center as much as the US and Europe. LogisValley Group Hanaro TNS does not yet have a specific hub-based growth strategy for the Chinese market like other regions, but it is preparing a long-term growth system centered on forwarding services.
