KTB Asset Management Acquires Vietnam Logistics Center Owned by LogisValley for 120 Billion KRW

Establishing Overseas Alternative Investment Fund… Pursuing Public REITs Listing After Asset Stabilization

KTB Asset Management announced on the 4th that it decided to establish an overseas alternative investment fund to acquire a logistics center located in Vietnam owned by LogisValley, a specialized logistics service company, for approximately 120 billion KRW.

This acquisition is conducted through an overseas alternative investment fund established by KTB Asset Management this year. On the afternoon of the 3rd, both companies signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the sale and purchase of the Vietnam logistics center at the LogisValley headquarters in Seongnam.

An official from KTB Asset Management explained, "Through this acquisition of the Vietnam logistics center, we plan to lay the foundation for stable revenue generation," adding, "In the future, after the asset is stabilized, we plan to pursue a public REITs (Real Estate Investment Trust) listing."
